I am excited to announce that I have been chosen to be an ambassador and a sponsored athlete for Cryogen+ Recovery & Wellness Center for 2020. It’s an honor to be sponsored by a brand that admires my commitment to fitness, health, and living an active lifestyle. Looking forward to making Cryogen+ my recovery home during the coming months for cryotherapy, compression, and stretching as well as promoting and representing their brand to further educate others on the benefits of proper recovery.
As a duathlete, achieving the perfect balance between a strenuous training schedule and proper recovery is critical in getting the best performance results and maintaining competitiveness. A few years ago, I discovered whole body cryotherapy and compression therapy as a way to help decrease muscle aches and inflammation and speed up my recovery from my intense training regime and regular competition. I couldn’t be more excited when Tynisha Astrel, owner of Cryogen+ Recovery & Wellness Center, approached me to become not just a brand ambassador but also a sponsored athlete for her company. Partnering with Tynisha shows that she feels confident that I will help bring additional recognition to the Cryogen+ brand by representing them in a positive light and showing how proper recovery allows me to perform at my highest level at each race.
